Wireless Phones

I am looking for some feedback on what types of wireless phones you are using in your computer room. We are looking to replace our existing phones based on a switch as we are migrating to VoIP. Since cell phones are not effective in a noisy environment, we want to replace a system that offers a direct dial number, hands free head sets, call forward, conferencing and other standard options as well as an operating range of 300 feet without the need to switch phones.

We are using a wireless phone that operates in the 5.8 Ghz range and have good reception with them.

The truth of the matter is that most people in the data center are using their cell phones anyway.
